Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix 1 cup orange juice and 1 cup sugar; bring to a boil and let thicken slightly and pour over hot cake.
