Armagh Pie Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage links
2 apples, sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. beef bouillon
2 or 3 c. hot mashed potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry sausage slowly until brown; drain and put in 8-inch cake pan or casserole dish.
Fry apples and onions in sausage fat. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon fat.
Brown flour in remaining fat with apples and onions.
Add seasonings and stock and stir until thickened.
Pour over sausage.
Mix lightly with fork.
Top with mashed potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven until potatoes are brown. Serves 4.
