Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk (skim)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can or qt. fruit (any kind)
    1/2 stick margarine or can use Promise Light or similar
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 8 or 9-inch square baking pan.
    Mix first 4 ingredients to make batter.
    Pour into baking pan.
    Do not stir. Add fruit; do not stir.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Batter will cook up over fruit.
    Makes 9 servings.
