Tarragon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. half and half
2 tsp. dry vermouth
1/2 tsp. dried whole tarragon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of white pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat; add cornstarch, stirring until smooth.
Cook one minute.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in half and half until smooth.
Return to heat; stir constantly and bring to a boil.
Cook one minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve sauce over pork chops.
