Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini chips
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; stir until soft dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide dough into thirds. Shape each into a 7-inch roll. Wrap in plastic wrap. Store in freezer. Slice dough into 1/4-inch slices. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven on an ungreased baking sheet 7 to 9 minutes, until brown.
