Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. mashed bananas (2)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar; beat eggs until fluffy and add. Sift all dry ingredients.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add milk, bananas and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in two greased, floured pans about 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
