Hungarian Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes with skins
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. melted butter
2 Tbsp. Accent
Preparation

Boil potatoes with skins on and hard-boil 6 eggs.
Peel potatoes and slice into a casserole in layers with the eggs.
Put 1/2 the potatoes on the bottom layer, then 1/2 the eggs, next the last half of the potatoes and top with the last 1/2 eggs.
Mix sour cream, melted butter and Accent.
Pour this over top of potatoes and eggs.
Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
