Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. pecans
9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, add pecans last.
Pour into pie shell and bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until a silver knife inserted in center of filling comes out clean.
