Roasted Garlic And Warm Goat Cheese Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 heads garlic
    2 Tbsp. sweet butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (basil, thyme and marjoram)
    8 oz. fresh goat cheese
    olive oil
    seasoned toasted bread crumbs
    loaf of stick sourdough or French baguette
Preparation
    Cut off the top third of the pointed end of the garlic.
    Use a paring knife to cut any side cloves that are not exposed.
    Put heads of garlic, clove sides up, in a baking dish.
    Top with herbs, butter and oil.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    (They can be made anytime and reheated.)
