Ground Pork And Shrimp Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    3/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 lb. cooked baby shrimp, drained
Preparation
    Cook
    spaghetti
    according to package directions, omitting the salt.
    Combine soy sauce, cornstarch and 1 cup water; set aside. Heat
    cooking
    oil
    in
    wok or electric skillet on medium
    high heat.
    Thoroughly
    cook pork with ginger, garlic and red
    pepper. Add
    green onion and stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add soy sauce mixture; cook until mixture boils and thickens.
    Add shrimp and heat through.
    Pour over noodles.
    Toss to combine.
