Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. liquid smoke
4 tsp. m.s.g.
4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Season meat with pepper and salt.
Soak meat for 24 hours in mixture above.
Dry.
Works well for deer and elk.
Makes 4 pounds.
