Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. oil
    1/3 c. rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. thin noodles, cooked (Ramen, spaghetti, etc.)
    1/2 c. cooked chicken breast, cut into strips
    1/2 c. cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. steamed broccoli florets
    1/2 lb. snow peas, steamed
    1 sweet red pepper, cut into strips
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. sliced cucumber
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine all the oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
    Set aside to serve with the salad.
