Church Filling(For 100 To 125 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 lb. potatoes
    10 loaves Strohman Italian bread
    3 dozen eggs
    2 stalks celery
    8 to 10 onions
    1 gal. milk
    1 c. parsley
    1/4 c. thyme and poultry seasoning
    2 lb. butter
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut bread up into 1/2 cubes.
    It is good to do this a day ahead so they can dry out.
    Saute onions and celery in the butter. Cook potatoes.
    Mash potatoes.
    Add milk, eggs, bread and other ingredients.
    Put in greased baking dish.
