Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 large egg
    3 Tbsp. unsalted margarine, softened
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sifted whole wheat flour
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine yeast and water.
    Let stand about 5 minutes; then stir until yeast dissolves.
    Add milk, egg, margarine, sugar and salt to yeast mixture; beat well with a spoon.
    Mix in all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour.
    Scrape the dough down from sides of the bowl to form a ball.
    Cover with a clean dish towel and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until double in bulk, about 1 hour.
