Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. breadcrumbs
    1 (10 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (6 oz.) bottle grape jelly
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. dried minced onions
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, egg and minced onions together.
    Roll into small balls about the size of a walnut or smaller; brown thoroughly.
    While you are browning the meatballs, place the grape jelly and chili sauce in a fairly large cooker and heat until bubbling.
    When meatballs are browned, place in cooker with chili sauce and jelly and simmer for several hours (the longer the better).
