Chicken Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
4 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 c. or more chicken broth
4 c. corn chips
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Debone chicken.
Reserve broth.
Combine soups, chilies, spices, Tabasco and broth; blend well.
Cover bottom of 3-quart dish with 2 cups of chips.
Put 1/2 of chicken and 1/2 of sauce, then cheese.
Repeat.
If dry, add more broth.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
