Creamy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut steak into serving pieces.
Season with salt and pepper and brown lightly in skillet. Add onions, mushrooms and mushroom soup.
Pour over steak (soup may need to be thinned with water to form a thick gravy).
Simmer until steak is tender.
