Peach Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 fresh sliced peaches
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pt. whipped cream
    pre-baked tart shells
Preparation
    Whip cheese and condensed milk.
    Whip again.
    Stir in lemon juice and continue beating until thickened.
    Pour into tart shells and chill.
    Place sliced peaches in shells.
    Melt preserves with sugar.
    When sugar is dissolved, pour glaze over peaches.
    Top with whipped cream.
