Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed stew meat
    1 large onion
    6 carrots, sliced
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 large potatoes, cut
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Brown meat and put with rest of ingredients in crock-pot.
    Bake 4 to 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
