Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 large onion, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
garlic to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 envelope brown gravy mix
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in foil-lined pan.
Prepare brown gravy according to instructions on envelope.
Pour gravy over meat and vegetables.
Cover with foil and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
