Russian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lime Jell-O
    2 pkg. cream cheese (can use fat free)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. carrots (grated)
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. mayonnaise (also fat free)
    1 c. nuts (chopped)
Preparation
    Cream cheese at room temperature.
    Mix with pineapple and mayonnaise.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Mix Jell-O in boiling water. Add cheese mixture and blend.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
