Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular rice
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can consomme
    1 can bouillon
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Combine rice, margarine and onion in skillet.
    Brown, stirring constantly.
    Pour into long baking dish.
    Pour remaining ingredients over rice.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Stir every 20 minutes.
    May need to add more water.
