Chicken Tahitian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
    1/8 c. oil
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. sliced almonds
    pineapple chunks (optional)
    avocado slices (optional)
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breasts overnight in mixture of orange juice, oil, ginger, curry powder, dry mustard and soy sauce in covered baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, in marinade at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Sprinkle almonds over chicken during last 10 minutes of cooking. Serve chicken on rice, garnished with pineapple chunks and avocado slices.
