Cobbler Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. Crisco
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    fruit (strawberries, peaches, apples or blackberries)
    butter
    sugar
Preparation
    Combine fruit and sugar.
    Sift together the flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Cut shortening in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in buttermilk.
    Roll out to fit deep dish. Fill with fruit and sugar; dot with butter and strips of crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 until crust is golden and filling is bubbly.
