Baked Chicken A La Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers, quartered or chicken breasts or Cornish hens
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 c. orange marmalade
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Lea & Perrins
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    black pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour over or baste chicken often with mixture as chicken is baked on 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
