Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Put shortening, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
    Pour boiling water over it to soften shortening.
    Soak yeast in 1/2 cup warm water for 5 minutes.
    Add shortening mixture.
    Add egg and stir in flour 1 cup at a time.
    Refrigerate in a covered container overnight or several hours.
    Remove from refrigerator about 2 hours before cooking.
    Shape rolls and place in greased pan. Brush with melted butter.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 or 15 minutes.
