Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (regular)
1/2 lb. hamburg (optional)
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small can mushrooms

Preparation

Fry in skillet all ingredients except dough.
Let the dough rise.
Roll the bread dough into a large rectangle about the size of a cookie sheet.
Spread sausage mix and 1 pound of Mozzarella cheese.
Roll up jelly roll fashion.
Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.
Brush with oil.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until browned.
