Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichoke hearts (not marinated)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, fresh grated
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or Cheddar cheese, if desired
Preparation
    Chop up artichoke hearts (in food processor, if available). Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in pie or quiche dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
