Cheesy Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked broccoli
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place broccoli in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
    Add Parmesan, salt, mustard, pepper, paprika and marjoram.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Spoon sauce over broccoli.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
