Tijuana Omelet(J.R.'S Special Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced small
    6 eggs
    4 slices Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 pickled jalapeno pepper, diced small
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno juice
    3 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Fry diced bacon and drain.
    Beat eggs in bowl; add fried bacon, cheese, cream and jalapeno pepper and juice.
    Return to frypan; stir and soft fry to your liking.
    Serve with hot cakes. Serves 4.
