Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 apples
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
cinnamon
Preparation

Pare and slice apples into buttered casserole, set aside. Mix together next four ingredients.
Stir in unbeaten egg. Mix well and sprinkle mixture over top of apples. Melt butter and dribble over top of apples.
Top all with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 35-40 minutes longer.
