Tuna Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1 1/2 c. seasoned medium white sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1/2 c. olives (ripe or green)
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    4 to 6 servings steamed rice
    pimiento (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat tuna in prepared white sauce.
    Add onion, green pepper and celery.
    Cut olives and remove pits; add to mixture.
    Cube eggs; add to mixture. Blend in curry.
    Serve hot over rice. Garnish with pimiento.
    Serves 4 to 6.
