Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked shrimp
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 jar pimentos
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in margarine.
    Simmer soup, cream cheese, pimentos, sour cream and shrimp.
    Add sauteed vegetables.
    Simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice.
