Coconut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 oz. toasted coconut
2 tsp. orange or lemon peel
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together first 4 ingredients. Stir in coconut and orange or lemon peel.
Combine remaining ingredients (add to dry mixture all at once).
Stir until mixed well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes in lightly greased loaf pan.
