Teahouse Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tea bags
    2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    12 ice cubes
Preparation
    Combine hot water, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat.
    Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add tea bags and steep 5 minutes.
    Strain into pitcher. Add cold water, sugar, lemon juice and orange extract.
    Mix well. Chill and serve over ice cubes.
    Makes 4 servings.
