Buffet Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion grated
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 lb. ground lean beef or turkey
    1 (12 oz.) Heinz chili sauce
    1 (6 oz.) grape jelly
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grate onion and mix with beef, egg, salt and pepper.
    Form balls about 1-inch in diameter.
    In a large saucepan, mix chili sauce, grape jelly and lemon juice.
    Bring to a boil; drop meatballs and reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
