Peanut Butter Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 graham cracker squares, crushed
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    sweetener equal to 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. nonfat milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine graham cracker crumbs and peanut butter; add sweetener and baking powder.
    Add egg yolks and milk; mix well.
    Divide into eight 1-inch cookies and press with fork to flatten.
    Bake 10 minutes.
