Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded lettuce
    1 box frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. green onion, diced
    1 c. hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 carton sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shredded cheese
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Layer first 5 ingredients.
    Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and spread over top, being sure to seal edges.
    Sprinkle sugar over this mixture and top with the shredded cheese and bacon bits. This will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
