Corn And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 ounce) cans creamed style corn
    1 box cornmeal muffin mix
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    2 eggs beaten
    1 pound sausage, hot or mild
    1 cup sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage, onions, pepper and mushrooms. Drain. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serves 12 to 15.
