Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    1 pkg. frozen spinach or 1 c. fresh spinach
    1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Add spinach to the rest of ingredients and mix together in a large bowl.
    Turn mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until set.
