Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) baked potatoes
    1/3 c. low-fat-free cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    2 tsp. bacon pieces (McCormick brand has no fat grams)
    2 Tbsp. Ranch dressing mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes into lengthwise halves and scoop out pulp from potatoes into a medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Mash pulp; reserve shells.
