Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and foamy.
In separate bowl, add flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and nuts.
Mix lightly.
Add to egg mixture and blend.
Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini to mixture.
Divide into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick is clean.
