Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) whole or wheat frozen bread dough, thawed
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. water
    coarse salt (if you wish)
Preparation
    Thaw bread in refrigerator overnight.
    Roll dough into 24 (1 1/2-inch) balls (12 balls from each loaf of bread).
    Roll each ball into roll (14-inches long).
    Place pretzels 1 inch apart on a well-greased cookie sheet.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Combine egg white and water.
    Brush on pretzels.
    Try making the letters of the alphabet or your name with pretzel dough.
    Sprinkle with salt if you desire.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 24 pretzels.
