Whipped Potatoes Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, cubed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
milk
paprika
Preparation

Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender, then drain.
Add the cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and enough milk for desired consistency.
Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
