Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
2 tsp. minced garlic
3 c. chopped peeled tomatoes
1 1/2 c. canned tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. ground red pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Rinse and peel shrimp; refrigerate.
Use shells for stock.
