Artichoke Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 minced parsley
    1/8 tsp. each pepper, oregano, Tabasco
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
    2 jars or 1 3/4 c. artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, pressed
Preparation
    Drain marinade into a frying pan (from 1 jar).
    Drain other jar and use elsewhere.
    Chop all artichokes, set aside.
    Heat marinade in frying pan over medium heat; add onion and garlic and cook, stirring until onion is limp.
