Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. oleo or butter
10 medium onions, sliced thin
14 oz. potato chips
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix the soup, milk, black pepper and butter.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, arrange onion slices.
Put roughly crushed potato chips on top.
Pour soup mixture over chips and then cover with grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
