Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 large tomatoes
    5 large onions
    2 to 5 jalapenos (depending on how you want it)
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Blanch tomatoes for 1 minute in boiling water.\tDip in cold water; peel, core and cut up. Quarter onions. Slice up peppers. Put in blender and blend until smooth.
