Mexican Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork chop for each guest
    1 large can tomatoes
    onion
    uncooked rice
    green pepper
    sugar and salt
Preparation
    Put 1 whole tomato or half, depending on number of chops, on each chop.
    Pour juice of tomatoes over chops.
    May need to add more tomato juice.
    Sprinkle 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon salt over everything.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour.
