Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Shape ground beef into walnut sized balls. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
    Dip meat balls in rice.
    Put in 2 1/2-quart casserole with rest of rice.
    Add mushrooms and onion.
    Cover with sauce and water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours uncovered.
